History and Mission
Rauch Industries was established in the early 1970s by parent organization Rauch Incorporated, whose mission is to support people with disabilities and their families while encouraging a community that acknowledges the value and contribution of all people.
We are proud to offer employment opportunities to those with disabilities and create an environment where individuals can reach their full potential while providing the community the highest quality service and solutions. More than 100 production employees are currently supported by Rauch Industries.
